A book cover re-imagining the 1985 military science-fiction novel, Ender's Game. In this exploration, the most important emotion I wanted to convey was solitude, and the loneliness Ender had to accept in his journey. The alien ship is moved to the back cover to isolate the protagonist from the supposed antagonist. Design is inspired by the 1978 arcade game, Space Invaders.
